Probably the only thing we would never want our customers to do , however we are certain that the decision of returning our products must have been done under the following circumstances:

  • 1) For any returns/refund kindly visit us within 5 days of receiving the goods. We have a return & exchange page wherein you could fill in the details either for an exchange incase the product does not cater to the desired size or you could opt for a refund incase the product does not solve the purpose you looking for.  
  • 2) The product will be picked by our team within 2-3 workings days of you filling in the form for Return/Exchange. Please note the product must be in new condition. If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered as USED and we will not be entitled to give you any refund or credit and we shall reject the form submitted.
  • 3) The product must be returned within five days so as to start refund payment procedure. Customers must ensure that if a certain order has other items/ enclosure/ components which compliment the main product , it must be duly returned as it is and in the correct quantity. 
  • 4) Please note there is no exchange or Return policy applicable for any of our customized and personalized product unless the piece is broken or damaged during Transportation.
  • 5) In case of Refunds, once the product is auto picked up within 3 working days from your place it shall take a certain time to reach our warehouse. We will check the condition of the product, Post that once the quality check is done and approved by the QC team  the refunds will be initiated in the same account through which the payment was done. Incase of a COD order the team will connect with you for the account details where the refund needs to be sent across.
