Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Little Surprise Box, we put immense love into curating every product for you. While we hope you never need to return an item, we understand that certain situations may require it. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

 

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

If the item remains with you for more than 5 days, it will be considered used, and the request will be declined.

To initiate a request, please visit our Return & Exchange Page and submit the required details:

  • Exchange – If the product does not fit or the size is unsuitable.
  • Return – If the product does not serve the intended purpose.
  • Important:
    ⭐ For all other approved returns, we issue Store Credit.
    ⭐ Store Credit issued will be valid for 6 Months from the time of issuance.

 

2. Pickup Process & Condition Requirements

Once the form is submitted, pickup will be attempted within 2–3 working days.

To qualify for approval:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and original condition.
  • All tags, components, accessories, and complimentary items must be returned.

 

3. Complete Return of Product & Accessories

If an item is sold with additional components or accessories (e.g., attachments, kits, decorative elements), these must be returned in full for the request to be processed.

Partial returns cannot be accepted.

 

4. Return Handling Fee

A fee of ₹99 will be charged for each return request to cover pickup and processing costs.

 

5.Store Credit Procedure:

  1. After pickup, the product is sent to our warehouse for Quality Check (QC).
  2. Once the QC team approves the condition, store credits will be processed.
  3. Store Credit issued will be valid for 6 Months from the time of issuance.

 

6. Customized & Personalized Products

All customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product is damaged or broken during transit.


7. Seasonal Products (Non-Returnable)

All Halloween products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
