Our Customized and Personalized Product range take 12 working days plus shipping timelines based on the pin code.

Our range of new born hampers/non personalized products are shipped within 2 working days of receiving the order. 

If you require a product to be gift-wrapped or sent with a personalised note card , please let us know by filling out the note section you will see after placing your order and completing the checkout process. Please note that delivery times between metro cities can range from 3 to 5 business days, while non-metro cities can take up to 7 business days.

All orders are dispatched from Mumbai city.  Please note that delivery timelines between metro cities can be between 3-5 days and non-metro cities can take up to 7 working days.

Shipping return details for Monsoon category:

-        Please ensure that you have taken a video of the Little Surprise Box, order that you have received. It will help capture any damage/wrong product order. In case there is no damage, you can save the video and share your wow moment with us swapna@littlesurprisebox.
