Finding children's snow boots might be a little difficult in Shillong because the area doesn't see a lot of snowfall despite being known for its cold winters. Specialized snow boots might not be available at local retailers.

You might, however, look into shops that provide outdoor clothing or winter footwear. Seek for boots that offer warmth and defense against wet and chilly weather, such as insulated, waterproof, or all-season options. Although they may not be promoted as snow boots, well-known outdoor brands or companies that specialize in cold-weather gear may provide good alternatives for children.
