In Thiruvananthapuram, the need for snow boots is minimal due to the city's warm and tropical climate. Finding specialized snow boots for kids within the city might be quite challenging given the lack of demand for such winter-specific gear. Local stores may not typically stock these items due to the weather conditions.

However, if you're looking for boots suitable for cooler or rainy weather, you might find options for waterproof or insulated boots that could serve a similar purpose. Exploring stores that offer general outdoor footwear or international brands might yield some results. Online shopping platforms could also provide access to a wider range of options, including boots that offer warmth and protection from wet conditions, although specifically designed snow boots might be harder to come by.
