Return and Exchange Policy:

1. For a smooth return and exchange process, it's essential to make a video of the product's unboxing. It will serve as crucial evidence in case of a return or exchange within 24 hours.

2. You can apply for Return and Exchange under the following conditions:

• You are dissatisfied with the product or do not like the product.
• The product differs from your order’s actual size.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• The product is defective or damaged while shipping.

3. The Product will be accepted after checking the following conditions:

• The product is of the same brand.
• The product is of the same size and colour.
• The product has no missing pcs.
• The product is not used by customers.
• The request for the return of the product is not made within 24 hours. 
• The product must still have price tags, a copy of the invoice, and packaging. 
• The product is not missing any accessories or any part of the product. 
  

4. You will be notified within 48 hours if your Return and exchange request is approved. 

Note: The product will not be accepted if it is damaged or if the customer does any harm.
