- The product is of the same size and colour.
- The product has no missing pcs.
- The product is not used by customers.
- The request for the return of the product is not made within 24 hours.
- The product must still have price tags, a copy of the invoice, and packaging.
- The product is not missing any accessories or any part of the product.
4. You will be notified within 48 hours if your Return and exchange request is approved.
